These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fibajee ("fibajee", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fibajee website at fibajee.net, including all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support channels.

By completing the registration process on fibajee.net, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance button, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and you understand them;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable rules referenced herein;
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years;
• You are accessing fibajee voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use any fibajee service. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. fibajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-site notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

2.1 Minimum Age

fibajee is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, access any game or betting market, or claim any promotion on fibajee.net. This requirement applies without exception to all players regardless of location.

fibajee takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of your registration or account lifecycle to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts for which age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed will be suspended until verification is completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

fibajee is designed and operated primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing fibajee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the territory from which you are accessing the Platform.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence. fibajee does not accept registrations from individuals acting on behalf of a third party or from legal entities. All accounts must be registered and operated by the natural person named during registration.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access fibajee services you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. fibajee reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point.

You agree to notify fibajee immediately of any change to your registered information by updating your account profile or contacting support at [email protected]. Failure to maintain accurate registration details may result in account suspension or the inability to process withdrawal requests.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active fibajee account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. fibajee employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fibajee reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or close all associated accounts;
• Void all pending bets and game rounds across the accounts;
• Forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings generated using bonus funds;
• Withhold withdrawal of real-money balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fibajee login credentials, including your username and password. fibajee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. fibajee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fibajee support immediately at [email protected]. fibajee will suspend your account pending investigation on request.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fibajee may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence alongside proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Account activity may be restricted until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fibajee accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fibajee does not charge processing fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. fibajee reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 working days. All withdrawals are subject to completion of the applicable KYC verification process. fibajee reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where account activity triggers a compliance review.

4.4 Funds Ownership and Anti-Money Laundering

You confirm that all funds deposited into your fibajee account are derived from legal sources and belong entirely to you. fibajee maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. Any account suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities. fibajee reserves the right to withhold and freeze funds in such accounts pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

fibajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotional terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Common examples include:

• Welcome deposit bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x the bonus amount);
• Free spins winnings may carry a separate wagering requirement;
• Bets placed on certain games (such as low-margin live casino games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Misuse

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. fibajee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus if we have reasonable grounds to believe that it has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through collusion, through the exploitation of technical errors, or through any other form of bonus abuse. fibajee's determination in such matters is final.

5.4 Seasonal and Special Promotions

fibajee runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladesh calendar, including events during Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. All such promotions are governed by their own specific terms and remain subject to these general Terms and Conditions.

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on fibajee are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections — including the event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any bet. fibajee does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is explicitly offered.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on fibajee are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. fibajee offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and selected other sports. Live in-play odds are updated in real time and may fluctuate rapidly during active events.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

fibajee reserves the right to void any bet where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result cannot be determined with reasonable certainty. Void bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake. Where partial results are available (e.g., a match is abandoned after sufficient overs in cricket), settled markets will be determined in accordance with the specific sport's published rules.

6.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games, slot titles, and RNG-based games available on fibajee are provided by certified third-party software studios and use audited random number generation. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the respective provider and is available within the individual game information panel. fibajee has no influence over individual game outcomes.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error (including clearly incorrect odds), fibajee reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original account balance. fibajee will not be held liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Where a game malfunctions mid-round, the round will be treated as void and the stake returned.

By using fibajee, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the operation of your account;
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one fibajee account, whether directly or through proxies or associates;
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or gamble while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account;
• Money Laundering: Using fibajee in connection with any money laundering scheme, fraudulent payment, or other financial crime;
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on fibajee without explicit written authorisation;
• Abuse of Support: Harassing, threatening, or abusing fibajee staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal against a fibajee deposit. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the full amount plus associated costs.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your fibajee account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 working days.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life — fibajee strongly encourages you to request a self-exclusion rather than a standard closure. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by fibajee

fibajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• Age or identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is identified;
• A player's account activity poses an unacceptable compliance or reputational risk to fibajee;
• A self-exclusion request is received from the player or a responsible third party.

Where fibajee closes an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any required verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach, fibajee reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit such balances entirely.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. fibajee will notify you by email before applying a monthly maintenance fee to a dormant account balance. The maintenance fee will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in through fibajee Login and contacting support.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fibajee's total liability to any player in connection with the use of fibajee.net — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fibajee is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
