How Weekly Cashback Is Calculated
At midnight on Sunday (BST, UTC+6), fibajee calculates your net losses for the previous seven days — that is, total real-money wagers minus total real-money winnings, across all products. If the result is a net loss, your applicable cashback percentage is applied to that figure and the resulting amount is credited directly to your fibajee Wallet as real-money balance.
Example: a Gold VIP player with ৳8,000 in net losses for the week receives ৳1,200 cashback (15% of ৳8,000) credited to their Wallet by Monday morning. That ৳1,200 is immediately available for betting or withdrawal — there is no wagering requirement attached to weekly cashback.
Loyalty Points: How They Accumulate and Convert
Loyalty Points are awarded at a base rate of 1 point per ৳10 wagered on sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi) and 1 point per ৳5 wagered on casino products (slots, live tables). Your VIP tier multiplier is applied on top of this base rate — so a Diamond member earns points 3× faster than a Bronze member wagering the same amount.
